Yapper is a playable character made and sprited by me in a few days. This is my first Isaac mod, so please give any feedback if you have any. Constructive criticism is always appreciated whether it's negative or not. Just don't say it sucks, because I need to know the problem(s) with it. I'm also taking suggestions for other characters and items too, so feel free to DM me any suggestions on Discord (seen below).
