With InvEdit you can view all items and trinkets in the game, passive, active and modded, along with their descriptions and how many you have, as well as spawn or remove them from the player.
The menu can be toggled with the press of a button, but can also be made semi-transparent or half the size for convenience.
Everything in the mod is operated with the mouse and the menu can be opened by pressing a button with 3 dots at the top of the screen. Left-click an item to get one, right-click to remove. Right-click and drag while the menu is open to move it around, though make sure the menu isn't pinned before you do that.
NOTE: If you don't want the optional custom cursor in-game, only copy the invedit folder when installing. If you want a custom cursor to be displayed, install both invedit and invedit_cursortrigger
You can enable item and trinket filters by pressing the buttons to the left of the menu.
Hold shift and control when adding items to increase the amount of items you get respectively by 5 and 10 (stackable!)
Also includes: Easy scrolling, page number display and a search feature!
That's right, you can search through names and descriptions right from the game, no need to tab out or manually go through every item in the game, you can just search it!
If your game is pausing or switching between full-screen and windowed when you type certain letters, rebind them in the game settings from the main menu. As far as I know, this cannot be fixed in the mod, as there seems to be no support for capturing that kind of input.
Thanks to Wofsauge for most of the UI graphics!

It's been months since I've seen an actual issue with the mod, and I think it was about my mod breaking another mod, which I've since fixed, though I think I never uploaded to MoI.
All other problems people have are either corrupting their installation by messing with resources, installing it wrong, or using shitty mods that break mine.
IU dont have enough money after my survival for afterbirth +

and go to play the game, the three dots don't appear
it doesnt work? or do i do something wrong? XD
i mean i dont have this 3 dots
You need to have the game on your linked steam account and, well, not sure if you need to have AB+ to download it, but you need the DLC to actually use it anyways.
Your best bet is to wait until the antibirth modding API goes public and hope that you can use the modding without the other features, on afterbirth.
do u have that for only Afterbirth.?
;)
So, sorry, but you'll have to get AB+ to use the mod, or wait for the antibirth Lua API.
