Viewing Mod
InvEdit
Give yourself items with just a mouse click!

With InvEdit you can view all items and trinkets in the game, passive, active and modded, along with their descriptions and how many you have, as well as spawn or remove them from the player.

The menu can be toggled with the press of a button, but can also be made semi-transparent or half the size for convenience.

Everything in the mod is operated with the mouse and the menu can be opened by pressing a button with 3 dots at the top of the screen. Left-click an item to get one, right-click to remove. Right-click and drag while the menu is open to move it around, though make sure the menu isn't pinned before you do that.

NOTE: If you don't want the optional custom cursor in-game, only copy the invedit folder when installing. If you want a custom cursor to be displayed, install both invedit and invedit_cursortrigger

You can enable item and trinket filters by pressing the buttons to the left of the menu.

Hold shift and control when adding items to increase the amount of items you get respectively by 5 and 10 (stackable!)

Also includes: Easy scrolling, page number display and a search feature!
That's right, you can search through names and descriptions right from the game, no need to tab out or manually go through every item in the game, you can just search it!

If your game is pausing or switching between full-screen and windowed when you type certain letters, rebind them in the game settings from the main menu. As far as I know, this cannot be fixed in the mod, as there seems to be no support for capturing that kind of input.

Thanks to Wofsauge for most of the UI graphics!

do u know anyone that is intrested
how the hell do i download this thing I know to put it in my isaac folder in ab+ mods but how? there's 3 files
alguien me podría explicar como instalar esto pls
does this work for just afterbirth+ or can it work for rebirth and afterbirth?
99% of the comments saying it doesn't work 0.1% Saying the mod is good
Yeah, the majority of the comments are people complaining either about problems or about it only being AB+.

It's been months since I've seen an actual issue with the mod, and I think it was about my mod breaking another mod, which I've since fixed, though I think I never uploaded to MoI.

All other problems people have are either corrupting their installation by messing with resources, installing it wrong, or using shitty mods that break mine.
i cant get it to work the three dots arnt there and i have AB+
maybe the !!Mod compatibility mod!! might help
Sorry for being pain in the ass but. i unpacked the mod. i made a folder: \Documents\My Games\Binding of Isaac Afterbirth+ Mods\items. and lastly i put the unpacked mod in the folder and booted the game and activated the mod and nothing happaned. if you have time to make sense to mod noob like me. i appreciate it.
You're not supposed to put the unpacked mods in a new folder - the .zip file contains folders you have to put in the Binding of Isaac Afterbirth+ Mods folder. Also, make sure you only enable the trigger mods you want to use.
make one for afterbirth normal
IU dont have enough money after my survival for afterbirth +
Will do, as soon as you make a modding API for afterbirth normal, IU dont have enough money after my survival for hiring a team of coders to reverse engineer each version of the game and backport the entire modding API.
how do you unpack the mod? i can extract it, but when i put it in
C:\Users\User\Documents\My Games\Binding of Isaac Afterbirth+ Mods
and go to play the game, the three dots don't appear
Are you putting the whole invedit folder inside the Mods folder? (The three separate folders inside the zip are actually three mods)
Unpack the base mod and the trigger mods you want to use into Documents/My Games/The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+ Mods/
Do you think you could maybe possibly make a version for the Rebirth users (the poor ones xD) or will that be next to impossible like it would be with Afterbirth?
Well, it depends - when the Antibirth Lua modding releases publicly, it might be reasonable to just port the mod over to antibirth, but I don't know how would that work if you don't want the extra content that comes with it.
Since a lot of people like Antibirth, I don't think too many people would mind having the Antibirth content as well as yours.
very fun mod, and simple to install too thx to you
I downloaded it, i put it on the resources file but it didn't work too xD
You're not supposed to put it into the resources folder, instead you should unpack it into Documents\My Games\Binding of Isaac Afterbirth+ Mods\
i downloaded it and put it on the "resources" file.. it didnt work.
it doesnt work? or do i do something wrong? XD
how to download this?
i mean i dont have this 3 dots
Check out the official moddingofisaac help guide: link

You need to have the game on your linked steam account and, well, not sure if you need to have AB+ to download it, but you need the DLC to actually use it anyways.
у меня не работает помогите!?
Please use english, google translate is only spitting out garbage when I try to translate your comment.
Well, I guess that's, uh... Not nearly enough info, to put it politely.
Can you make an afterbirth version? its inconvenient to us who want this mod but cant use it as we dont have AB+
Oh, I'd love to, but it's kind of... Impossible. Afterbirth simply doesn't have Lua modding capabilities, so I'd need to research exe modding, create a framework, either by myself or with help from the Antibirth team, then recreate the entire mod. As you can probably tell, it's a big difference between "Create a mod" and "Create an entire modding framework".

Your best bet is to wait until the antibirth modding API goes public and hope that you can use the modding without the other features, on afterbirth.
I only have Afterbirth, not afterbirth+,
do u have that for only Afterbirth.?
;)
Well, I'd do that, but AB+ is the DLC which adds the whole modding API. I'd have to create not just the mod, but a whole modding API for AB in order to mod it, which would simply be too much work.

So, sorry, but you'll have to get AB+ to use the mod, or wait for the antibirth Lua API.
great mod i love the idea
even tho i got it thro steam work show thought i would give you even more saport
