Makes some characters less shit and maybe a little op.
Balances:
???: Starts with Fate and Forget Me Now
Samson: Starts with Voodoo Pin, Purple Heart(Not that it matters considering you can just drop it), Bloody Lust and Anemic
Cain: Starts with Paperclip
Azazel: Starts with Soul Hearts (instead of Black Hearts) and no Fool Card

This is just a shitty mod i made with The Isaac Character Editor,i'd say you could leave suggestions but you could probably make this better by yourself.

Anyway if you want to uninstall i'd suggest downloading the character editor and setting all the characters to default.
