To instal just go in this file:
Extract the rar file that you got and put the folder hire
ThisPC>OS(C>Program Files>Steam>common>The binding of Isaac Reberth>resources
And here you go!!!!

TO INSTALL IT FOR AFTERBIRTH+

For those who think this mod is great but cannot work with afterbirth+, here is how you can solve this problem
Also, this approach do not prevent you from getting achievements unlike other lua-mods.
Background: since Isaac now is reading the files in the folder "packed", any mod you put in the folder "resources" will fail.
steps:
1, go to "Steam\steamapps\common\The Binding of Isaac Rebirth\tools\ResourceExtractor"
2, run "ResourceExtractor.exe" and press Enter, wait until it unpacks all stuff, then press Enter again.
3, go to "Steam\steamapps\common\The Binding of Isaac Rebirth\resources"
4, there is a folder named "packed", change its name to whatever you want as long as it is not "packed".
5, you will see a folder named "rooms". Great, same name with the folder in "better-item-rooms_1.2.3.zip".
6, unzip "better-item-rooms_1.2.3.zip", replace the original folder "rooms" with your mod folder "rooms".
7, Done and enjoy.
just remind, this approach works with many mods which simply replace files.

FOR MAC

1) Download the mod.
2) Open up the Appstore and download Extractor. (This will convert the file to one your Mac can read.)
3) Open up Finder and press command-shift-G, type in "~/Library/Application Support/Steam/steamapps/common/ and press enter.
4) Click on the "The Binding Isaac (etc)" folder, then right click the game icon and click on "show package contents".
5) Click on "contents", "resources", "resources".
6) Find the mod in your downloads and drag it into this folder, make sure NOT to put it in the "packed" folder.
7) If anything else is required to get the mod to work, the modder will have made a note of it, hopefully.
