Btw, you can make this work in ab+. Put it in your "Binding of Isaac Afterbirth+ Mods" folder (usually in your documents), then make a "resources" folder where the music one is and put the "music" folder and xml file inside it. Anything else stays outside the resources folder. Happy ear bleeding!

You open an audio editor and either bass boost it, or just rise the volume to insane levels.
