Items rooms will have a different item pool which contains synergistic items such as,

  • Brimstone
  • Montro's lung
  • Ipecac
  • Mutant spider
  • And MANY More!

- Boss items will now contain mostly good stat upgrades so you don't have ridiculously low fire rate or damage

Small tip, you won't get seal of approval unless you add a screenshot. Which would be very easy. Instead of a Doge staring us down

Is this only for afterbirth or something?
My game crashes every time i start a new run.

the pool does contain afterbirth items so i guess that makes it afterbirth only. if you need to you can try to remove all the afterbirth items in the itempool list by their ids
