The forsaken and friends mod.
An OP remod for EVERYONE (except lazarus he sucks)
I re-did every character!
Isaac= The forsaken, full black health, brimstone, 20/20, the inner eye, mutant spider, 1UP, Cancer, blank card, suicide king, soy milk, libra, and three dollar bill
Magedeline= Mamas girl, Every mom item (except most spacebars)
Cain= EYE get it (lol)= any item i could find correlating to eyes, ludovichio, peeper, cains other eye, polyphemos, proptosis, missing contact etc. etc.
Judas= mr.BOOOOOOM, every bomb item (very op)
???= The bringer of the dead, every corpse related item, fate ghost baby etc.
Eve= The angel of death, every. devil. item. except space bar thats saved for the razor
Lazarus= that one character who i ran out of ideas for= shovel and soy milk cause f lazarus (stil has x1 life tho)
Eden=T????????????h??????????????????e?????????????????????? ???????????????????????g????????????????????l???????????????????????????i????????????????t??????????????????????c?????????????????????????????????????h?????????????????????????????????? 404 items not found
Lost= REROLLLLLLLL, D100 and missingno
Lilith= the spawn, every follower... yeah
Keeper= The shop keep?, (WIP) soy milk, libra, mutant spider, dollar, 3$ bill, wooden nickel, shop key, credit card.

You need to give a description of the mod on the mod page. Not just say 'it's in the .txt'. If it's in the .txt, just copy + paste it here.
