May I ask, how do you get this working? I've tried everything of my capability. I've tried extracting the files to my afterbirth + mods folder, but when I went in with Azazel, all I heard was the blood laser.

i bought afterbirth+ and now it's not working but played it earlier and i love it

I thought it might mess it up, i don't have afterbirth+ so i can't work it in, i'm hoping to get it soon and update
