Changes the color of Brimstone to fluorescent blue

this also affects the animations of other enemies that use the same anm2 file. It adds Brimstone to the Item and Angel room pools too.

Also, I shouldn't have to DM you to get the mod. The upload you have here doesn't seem to work when installed properly.

please dont add it to item and angel rooms too... it would have been really cool otherwise, now it's unusable instead. At least to people who dont want to affect their gameplay
